*Please make sure to ask for the name of the agent and be prepared to write down your case number when calling. They have been responding to complaints within their specified time-frame so if they have not done so, please call back and reference this information. 

IMPORTANT! Please note that the board members of Crest Ridge HOA cannot enforce violations that are handled by the county. If you have submitted a complaint with code enforcement and would like to make us aware of violations, please use the “Contact Us” form.
