“FILE A COMPLAINT” HAS MOVED!

To better assist you, we have created a new page for you to file complaints! It is no longer under the “Contact” section. Please see the menu and you will find the link there.

As homeowners, we are to take pride and help protect, beautify, etc. our own homes. Neighbors also help other neighbors and we often look out for one another.

We do understand that sometimes, our neighbors have practices that are not so… neighborly. Occasionally, you may need to file a complaint to send an anonymous alert via the HOA.

Please remember that we are HOA volunteers and we want to help make things better for our community. Having stated that, it is very likely that we will not be available immediately to respond to your requests.

You should first ask yourself if it is an emergency, then contact the appropriate enforcement agency to have them respond to you.  After you have done that, let us know that you have contacted the police, etc. and what they advised and what actions you’d like to see us take. Photos/videos are ALWAYS helpful, if it is safe to do so.

If your issue is not an urgent one, please let us know and allow us time to respond. We certainly appreciate your patience.

Your suggestions are valued, so we have incorporated your feedback in order to help us help you. There a quite a few complaints that come in for items that are not HOA violations so we are left wondering how we are to proceed with the information.

You all are homeowners/tenants so please understand that it starts with you.
