Due to the holiday and other ballot related questions, we have extended the deadline to December 31, 2018. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Regarding the ballot, you received an informational section that outlines the proposed amendments and the actual voting/ballot page. We only need the signed ballot as the other information can be stored for your records.

Also due on December 31, 2018 are the HOA fees. You will be receiving a copy of the financials, along with an invoice for the annual dues which are $260. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us so that we may answer your questions or address your concerns.
