Crest Ridge HOA Position Descriptions 2018

Ballots were mailed to the addresses that we have on file, if outside of the subdivision, or delivered to the doors of the homeowners. If you did not receive one, please click here to print a ballot. Please mail your ballots by November 30, 2018. The mailing address:

Some people have been sent to collections and have been contacted by the attorney representing our subdivision. Please click here to contact us and indicate that you would like to “Pay my dues” and we will help you the best way we can.

Some of you failed to pay your dues because you felt that there was no need. It is important to stay up to date with your annual fees to avoid being sent to collections and it also assists us with making the necessary changes, to our community. We have repairs that need to be completed but we are working with limited resources.

Parking is an ongoing issue but please click here to read more information regarding parking.

There is a new page where you can communicate with your neighbors. Please visit the home page and leave a comment under the Bulletin Board link. Please understand that the comments are moderated and nothing inappropriate will be tolerated.

Many of you signed up for neighborhood committees (please see the above link for the detailed descriptions). Notices will be going out soon, so please be on the lookout for an email or a phone call.

Once a map of our community is downloaded, that information will be here, along with the financials. Please give us an additional week to upload those documents. ***UPDATE 11/3/18*** Due to the size of the file, we will be unable to upload the map. Please visit the Cobb County Tax Assessor’s website to view a map. We will upload the link at a later time.

With a limited budget, please understand that we can add items to the agenda, but it will take some time to work all of your requests and it will be upon approval only.
